FAQ
01How much does it cost for our location?
Nothing for you. Ofrigo supplies, installs and operates the cooler. You provide the spot and a standard outlet, we handle the rest. We assess the right model together based on your traffic.
02If it's free for us, what's the catch?
No catch. Ofrigo earns from the cooler's sales, not by billing you. You offer the amenity to your people, we operate and live off the volume, so we have every reason to stock it well.
03Who handles restocking and maintenance?
We do, entirely. Optimized routes, always-fresh stock, remote monitoring. You touch nothing. Door stuck? We're on it.
04What exactly is QR voting?
Every cooler has its own QR code. Your people scan and suggest the products they want to find, and we adjust stock location by location. It's a signal to guide our buying, not an order: you keep control over what goes in.
05How do people pay?
You tap your card: it pre-authorizes an amount and unlocks the door. No need to choose anything first, you take what you want and close it. The cameras recognize what you took and your card is charged the exact amount. No coins, no jams, no line.
06What do you need for installation?
A wall between 67 and 117 cm depending on the model and a standard 120V outlet, that's it. The cooler runs on our own internet connection, so you don't touch yours. We handle hookup, connectivity and go-live.
07What products go in the cooler?
Fresh drinks, balanced snacks, backup meals. The catalogue adjusts per location and per your people's votes. A residential tower and a gym don't get the same cooler.
08How is freshness and temperature handled?
Continuous temperature tracking and regular stock rotation. The cold chain is our job, and we monitor every cooler remotely.
09Which areas do you serve?
Montreal and Laval for now. If you're just outside, write us anyway, we look case by case.
10Do we have to commit long-term?
We discuss it at the assessment, no traps. The cooler stays because it's useful, not because of a locked-in contract. We explain the terms clearly before you decide.
11What about coolers with a screen?
They arrive in fall 2026. The screen on top lets you broadcast internal announcements (HR, events, union) while your people are on break. We'll follow up at launch.
