The contact form asks for your name, email, phone number, location type and approximate number of people on site. Company, city and comments are optional. This information helps us assess your request and contact you.

The QR form collects suggested categories and products, comments, the cooler concerned and the submission date. It does not ask for a name or email. However, the IP address is stored with the suggestion and used to limit abuse, so the form is not fully anonymous. Avoid entering sensitive information in free-text fields.

We use contact requests to assess a location and follow up. QR suggestions help us adapt the product selection; our team makes the final purchasing decisions. Technical data helps protect the site, limit abusive submissions and understand website traffic.

The site uses Vercel for hosting and traffic statistics, Supabase for form data, and Upstash to limit submissions. Email exchanges also involve email service providers. Authorized members of our team access requests to handle them.

Depending on providers and their infrastructure, information may be processed or stored outside Quebec, including in the United States, where applicable laws may differ.

The site integrates Vercel Web Analytics to obtain statistics about pages viewed, referral sources, device types and approximate regions. According to its documentation, this tool does not use advertising cookies or track visitors across websites. Infrastructure may also process IP addresses and technical logs.

Functional cookies may support site features, including administrator authentication. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking them may prevent some sign-in features from working.

Form data is stored in our database and access is restricted to authorized users. Connections to the site use HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Contact us to learn the retention period applicable to your request or to request deletion of information. Deletion may be limited by a legal obligation to retain information.

You may contact us to request access to your information, correction or, where applicable, a copy in a structured format. You may also request deletion or withdraw consent to a use or disclosure based on that consent, subject to applicable obligations. Withdrawal may prevent us from continuing the follow-up you requested.

Describe your request without sending identification documents or sensitive information in your initial email. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. You may also send us a complaint or exercise your rights with Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.

This page covers the website and its forms. It does not describe payment processing or cooler cameras: information about those services should be consulted at the point of use. Do not submit card numbers through our forms.
